1) I’ve misplaced by username/password. How can I find out what they are?

Check to see if you have received an email with the subject “Your Trading Game Data is Due for Renewal” (it might be in your Spam folder). This email is sent out 15 days before expiration as well as on the expiration date and contains your user details. Or, to find your username, open the Trading Game data by clicking on the icon that looks like this:

Then click on the Configuration tab: and you’ll see your User Name details.

Or, if you’ve forgotten your password, you’ll need to use the ‘forgot password’ function by clicking on this link –http://www.premiumdata.net/support/forgotpwd.phpOr, If all else fails, send us an email to ted@norgate.net and we’ll reply with the information.

2) Do I need to re-install anything after renewing?

No. Just keep on updating as usual. However, if you haven’t done a data update for a very long time, it may be best to install a fresh data history. See the two FAQs following this one.

3) I have let my subscription lapse. Do I have to take out a new subscription or can I still renew?

You can renew a prior subscription regardless of how long since it expired. Just make sure to renew using the username/password you had before.

4) My previous subscription expired a long time ago. How do I catch up on the intervening data?

It depends on how far the data is out-of-date. We suggest installing a fresh data history if you have to catch up on more than two months of updates – its quicker! However, you need to be aware that installing a fresh data history may cause loss of some information for charting programs like MetaStocktm . Please see information on this subject here – http://www.premiumdata.net/support/smartchartscopier.php

5) I want to upgrade my existing ASX subscription. How can I do that?

There are instructions here – http://www.premiumdata.net/support/asx-subscription-upgrades.php

6) I have upgraded my ASX subscription to include ETOs and Warrants. Do I need to install a fresh ASX data history?

Yes.

7) How do I install a fresh data history?

You’ll need to go to the Downloads area at this link, fill in your details, and re-install your history by clicking on the appropriate history that you’d like to re-install. For example, if you’d like to re-install the ASX database, you’d click on the exe file on the second option shown here:
