That is if it ever reached Australia at a vaguely reasonable price. The pricing of such cars locally is a rip off on a galactic scale – you can feel the colonoscopy (sans lube) going in every time you buy one. The only honest response I have heard from a car dealer regarding their local pricing policy is from Porsche who said the charge the prices they do because they can. Everyone else asked for comment offered some weasel like excuse but the Germans as always were brutally honest.
My only concern is that it is English who whilst they were able to build the Spitfire have not been able to build a decent car for as long as I can remember.
