Trading Secrets – Killer Strategies to Beat the Markets

  4. Trading Secrets – Killer Strategies…

To be in control of my own financial future has always been very important to me. That’s why it was inevitable that I would eventually find myself drawn to the sharemarket, like a moth to the flame. Naively, my entire goal from the moment that I began to trade was to tame the sharemarket and generate obscene amounts of money. I wanted to produce enough income so that I would never have to rely on the potential mood swings of a boss in order to take home a pay packet.

I had found the right vehicle, but greed coupled with my erratic trading methods was setting me up for failure. I was in for one heck of a learning curve. My emotions as well as my bank balance seemed to be on a roller coaster during my first few trading years.

At that stage, I didn’t realise that the primary goal of trading was to survive long enough so that the sharemarket could reveal its secrets to me. Money is made as a by-product of following a sound trading plan, and adhering to the principles of money management. If you end up losing a significant proportion of your trading capital due to greed and ignorance, you can no longer trade, so you are out of the game.

Over time, I came to realise that some inherent trading skills are essential to master. There are some undeniable commonalities between traders who succeed, and those who do not. In essence, throughout this book I have sought to encapsulate the key secrets I believe separate profitable traders from those poor, miserable creatures who never quite get their act together.

Contrary to popular opinion, trading can be difficult, frustrating, and incredibly exasperating from time to time. There will be occasions when you will question your own judgment and wonder if you really have made a wise decision to trade the markets. I have written this book with the assumption that you are willing to persist beyond these obstacles.

Surprisingly, a number of ‘traders’ will never actually put money into the sharemarket, but prefer the intellectual thrill of learning about the intricacies of indicators. Others trade for the feeling that it gives them when they make a ‘win’. If you are trading for these reasons, then put this book back on the shelf and look for the one entitled “Amateur Crocodile Wrestling”. That should get the adrenaline pumping. This book is designed to show you how to survive in the sharemarket, and ultimately derive profits, not to fulfil your misguided sense of adventure.

One of the differences between novice traders and those who trade for a living is the number of mistakes that they have made. I can bet that I’ve made more than you if you’re starting your trading career. I still make trading mistakes, even though I have been doing this for years. In any endeavour, if you’re not making mistakes, then you’ve probably stopped learning. I would like to help you to navigate this proverbial minefield by showing you where I have made errors and pointing you in the right direction.

In effect, I’d like you to consider me as your trading coach. Like any coach, I will give you a quick clip over the ear if you need one, but also encourage you to continue your education in a particular area if this is required.

I cannot promise that you will make money by simply reading my book – Trading Secrets. It will depend how you apply the knowledge that I am seeking to relay. Trading excellence will take time and practice to develop. Your own individual mindset and the application of the techniques discussed will determine your level of success.

What I will promise though is that I will show you techniques that are effective and point out the methods that are not, but it will be up to you to practice and apply the information presented.

Trading Secrets is your short cut. I’ll package up for you all of the essential sharemarket lessons that I wish I had have known when I started trading. You’ll learn how to get into shares, and out, plus, come away with a confidence that you can do this!

One of the key similarities between successful people in all professions is that they start with the end result in mind. If they want to make a million bucks out of their business, they set up a business that is capable of generating this amount of profit. That’s why you need to click here to order your copy of Trading Secrets today.
