Nobody is exempt from the hard times in life.
We all go through them at one point or another. Unfortunately, due to the events of recent years, more and more people are finding everyday life to be a struggle. Whether it is anxiety, depression, addiction or all three, combined with other life pressures, it has taken its toll on individuals, families and communities.
Through my own lived experiences of alcoholism and childhood trauma, I have worked hard to not only rise above all of these things but use that knowledge to help others.
